My name is Jennifer. I’m an occupational therapist, advocate, wheelchair user since 2003 and I’m angry.

It should not be this hard to get the equipment that each of us deserves. Medicare and other insurances following Medicare’s policies do not consider anything besides “in home use” of equipment.

My wife has been in a chair for over 15 years. It took a good friend, and a great company to make it work for her. We gave up on Ocupational therapists, and the dealer network. We mesured my wife,We took controle of our situation, and we made the decisions.
